Who these terms are with

Foorsite is provided by [registered company name], registered in [jurisdiction] with company number [company number]. "You" means the company that holds the account and the people who use it.

Your content stays yours

Everything you upload — documents, drawings, programmes, photographs, records — remains yours. We claim no ownership of it. We hold and process it to run the service for you, and for nothing else: we do not sell it, we do not use it to advertise, and we do not use it to train AI models.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, including where it contains personal data about other people such as site operatives or subcontractors.

Acceptable use

Please do not use Foorsite to:

• break the law, or help someone else to;
• upload malware, or content you have no right to hold;
• attempt to reach another company's data, or probe the service for weaknesses without permission;
• resell or rebrand the service without our agreement;
• overload the service deliberately, including by automating it beyond normal use.

Security research is welcome when it is responsible. Contact [security contact address] before testing anything, and give us a reasonable chance to fix what you find.

AI features, and their limits

Foorsite includes AI features that answer questions, review documents and draft text. They send the content being worked on to third-party AI providers — the Privacy page lists them and what they receive.

AI output can be wrong. Check it before you rely on it. It is advisory only, it is cited back to source documents so you can verify it, and a person always approves before anything is acted on. It is not professional advice — not legal, not contractual, not health and safety. Decisions on a construction site remain the responsibility of the people qualified to take them.

Availability

We work to keep Foorsite available and will give notice of planned maintenance where we can. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and parts of the product depend on third parties whose outages we cannot control.

Paying, cancelling and renewing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. Prices and plan limits are shown before you subscribe.

Cancelling is as easy as signing up. You can cancel from within your account at any time, without calling anyone and without explaining yourself. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the subscription runs to the end of the period already paid for.

We will email you before a subscription renews so a renewal is never a surprise, and before any price change takes effect.

Cancelling does not delete your data by itself. Ask us to delete it, or use the deletion option in Settings, if that is what you want.

Ending the arrangement

You can stop using Foorsite whenever you like. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, or that goes unpaid — we will tell you why, and other than in serious cases we will give you a chance to put it right first. If we end your account without cause, we will refund the unused part of what you have paid.

On the way out you can export your data. We will not hold your records hostage to keep you subscribed.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, or for loss of data where you could reasonably have kept your own copy. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

Foorsite is a record-keeping and coordination tool. It is not a substitute for professional judgement, statutory duties, or a competent person on site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of [governing law], and the courts of [jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms. Continuing to use Foorsite after they take effect means you accept them; if you do not, you can cancel.
